CPQ Key Features

1) Favoriting Products - Mark a product as a favorite to allow you to quickly add them to future quotes
2) Quote Line Groups - Allows you to group products together and apply parameters to just that group of products instead of the whole quote
3) Twin Fields - This allows you to do automatic data mapping between two fields on two different objects
4) Product Rules - Rules you can setup that prevent invalid product combinations
5) Price Rules - Rules you can setup to automatically adjust the price of an product (for instance a discount price rule)
6) Guided Selling - A configurable interface that allows you to show sales reps the best product to sell a customer based on their inputs.
7) Summary Variables - Similar to rollups, but only present themselves in the quote line editor and do not contribute to roll up summary limits (25 per obj - 40 max).
8) Contract Amendments and Renewals - Automated functionality to allow you to create amendments to contracts, as well as auto-renew a contract.
9) Contracted Pricing - Allows you to setup contracted price discounts for products on an account by account basis.
10) Multi-Dimensional Quoting - Allows you to allow for discount/price to vary for a product over the lifespan of a contract. Allows you to mix subscription based products with non-subscription based products in a quote.
