Entitlement Management
What is Entitlement Management¶
Entitlements indicate the level of support a customer is entitled to.
Supported Objects¶
IT IS SUPER CRITICAL TO UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING! Entitlements and Entitlement Processes are two very different things! Entitlements can be linked to basically any object (via custom lookups to entitlement), however Entitlement Processes (the cool things that allow you to setup workflows and time dependent actions) are ONLY available on Case and Work Order AND NOTHING ELSE! So if you are suggesting to use those workflows/milestones on ANY OTHER OBJECT, it will not work.
How to Enable Entitlements¶
1) Setup -> Entitlement Settings -> Check the box to enable Entitlements
